【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsforfactorymadeflexibleelastomericfoamproductswhichareusedforthethermalinsulationofbuildingequipmentandindustrialinstallationswithanoperatingtemperatureintherangeofapproximately-200°Cto+175°C.NOTEBelowanoperatingtemperatureof-50°C,testsregardingthesuitabilityoftheproductsintheintendedapplicationshallbeperformed.Manufacturer'sadviceshouldbeheededinallcases.Theproductsaremanufacturedintheformofsheets,tubes,rollsandtapeswithorwithoutcoatingand/orself-adhesivebackingand/ordifferentclosuresystems.ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesproductcharacteristicsandincludesproceduresfortesting,evaluationofconformity,markingandlabelling.Productscoveredbythisstandardarealsousedinprefabricatedthermalinsulationsystemsandcompositepanels;theperformanceofsystemsincorporatingtheseproductsisnotcovered.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotspecifytherequiredlevelofagivenpropertythatshallbeachievedbyaproducttodemonstratefitnessforpurposeinaparticularapplication.Thelevelsrequiredforagivenapplicationcanbefoundinregulationsandinvitationstotender.Productswithadeclaredthermalconductivitygreaterthan0,050W/(m·K)at10°Carenotcoveredbythisstandard.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverproductsfortheinsulationofthebuildingstructure.Thenormativepartofthisstandarddoesnotcovercompressivestress(seeAnnexD,D.5).

适用范围
本部分规定了承压设备系统实施基于风险的检验项目的基本要求与实施程序。
本部分规定的基本要求与主要程序适用于石油化工装置承压设备系统实施的RBI项目,其他工业承压设备系统实施的RBI项目也可参照使用。
本部分给出的基本要求与主要程序适用于承压设备系统中如下设备及相关零部件实施的RBI项目:
a) 压力容器及其全部承压零部件;
b) 过程装置界区内的压力管道及其全部承压管件;
c) 常压储罐;
d) 动设备中承受内压的壳体;
e) 锅炉与加热炉中的承压零部件;
f) 安全阀等安全泄放装置。
