【摘要】:Thistestmethodprovidesaneasy,accurate,andreproduciblemethodfordeterminationofshieldingfactors(attenuationratios)insimplealternatingmagneticfields.Sincethesensingorpickupcoilisoffinitesize,themeasuredshieldingfactortendstobetheaveragevalueforthespaceenclosedbythecoil.Duecareisrequiredwheninterpretingresultswhenthecoilislocatednearanopeningintheshield.Thistestmethodissuitablefordesign,specificationacceptance,serviceevaluation,qualityassurance,andresearchpurposesonmagneticshields.5.4Providedgeometricallyidenticalshieldsarecompared,thistestmethodisalsosuitableforevaluationandgradingofmagneticshieldingmaterials.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthemeansfordeterminingtheperformancequalityofamagneticshieldwhenplacedinamagneticfieldofalternatingpolarity.1.2Thistestmethodprovidesameansofevaluatingandgradingmagneticshieldingmaterialstodeterminetheirsuitabilityforuseintheproductionofmagneticshields.1.3ThistestmethodshallbeusedinconjunctionwithandshallconformtotherequirementsofPracticeA34/A34M.1.4ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
