【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesproceduresfordeterminingthetensilepropertiesofmouldingandextrusionplasticsoverawiderangeofstrainrates,includinghighratesappropriatetoimpact-loadingsituations.Propertiesaredeterminedthroughacombinationofmeasurementsatlowandmoderatestrainrates,theuseofmathematicalfunctionstomodeltheseresults,therate-dependenceofparametersandthedeterminationofparametersathighstrainratesbyextrapolation.Tensilepropertiesathighstrainratesarethenderivedbycalculation.Inthisway,theexperimentalproblemsandassociatederrorswiththemeasurementofpropertiesathighratesareavoided.ThemeasurementofpropertiesatlowandmoderatestrainratesisbasedonISO527-2,whichidentifiesthetypesofplasticsmaterialstowhichthisInternationalStandardisapplicable.
