【摘要】:ThesesheetsofIEC60684-3givetherequirementsforheat-shrinkable(lowandhighshrinkratio)polytetrafluorethylene(PTFE)sleeving.Itisnormallyavailableinexpandedinternaldiametersizesupto12mminthreewallthicknessrangesassuppliedinthelowshrinkratio(sheets240,241and242)andupto100mminonewallthicknessrangeassuppliedinthehighshrinkratio(sheet243).Itisnormallyavailableintransparentmilkwhitetolighttanincolourandtheminimumrecoverytemperatureis350C.TheproceduresdescribedinIEC60216-1forevaluationofthermalendurancearenotreadilyapplicabletoPTFE:however,experienceofproductperformanceindicatesthatthissleevingmaybesuitableforinclusioninsystemsforoperationattemperaturesupto250C.Sizesotherthanthosespecificallylistedinthisstandardmaybeavailableascustomitems.Theitemsshallbeconsideredtocomplywiththisstandardiftheycomplywiththepropertyrequirementslistedintables3and4.Materialswhichconformtothisspecificationmeetestablishedlevelsofperformance.However,theselectionofamaterialbyauserforaspecificapplicationshouldbebasedontheactualrequirementsnecessaryforadequateperformanceinthatapplicationandnotbasedonthisspecificationalone.
