【摘要】:Thisstandardgivesguidanceonwritingthetechnicalspecificationfortheprocurementofwindturbinesforuseinelectricitygeneratingstations(windpowerstations).Otherpossibleapplicationsofsuchequipmenthavenotbeenconsideredinthepreparationofthisguide.Thisguidecoverswindturbinegeneratorsystems(WTGS)withsweptareaequaltoorlargerthan40m.ThisguideforprocurementofwindturbineshasbeenpreparedtobeusedwiththeexistingInternationalStandardEEC1400-1,itshould,therefore,bereadinadditionandcomplementarytotheInternationalStandard.Theequipmentcoveredbythisguideisdefinedbyitsfunctionratherthandesigntype.Therefore,theguidancetothespecificationisstatedinperformancetermsratherthanbeingspecifiedbyadetaileddescriptionoftheequipmenttobesupplied.Thisguideindicatestopotentialpurchasershowtheirspecificationshouldbepreparedsothat:-theequipmenttypeandcapacityinterfacescorrectlywithotherelementsofthesystems;-predictedperformanceisachieved;-ancillaryequipmentisproperlysized;-reliability,availabilityandsafetyrequirementsareachieved;-properconsiderationisgiventotheevaluationprocessandthequalitymeasurestobeapplied.Thisguidedoesnotdeterminethetypeofspecification(e.g.detailed,performance,functional)ortheextentofsupplyforanygivencontractwhichisnormallydecidedonthebasisofthepurchaser'sprojectstrategy.Itdoesnotcover:-anycommercial,contractualorlegalissueswhicharenormallyinseparatepartsofanenquiry;-anyallocationofresponsibilitieswhicharedeterminedbythecontract.Thisguidedoesnotprescribethearrangementofthedocumentsintheenquiry.NOTEAsacomprehensiveEuropeanenvironmentalpolicyisstillunderpreparation,thisguidedoesnotaddresstheenvironmentalimplicationsoftheequipment.
